THESE HAVE TO BE SIGNED BY THE CLERK ON MONDAY AFTER THE AUCTION AND MAILED BACK TO US FOR THE BUYER TO PICK UP WHEN WE RECEIVE THEM. PLEASE NOTE- WE MAY NOT RECEIVE THEM UNTIL NEXT WEEK.
